How this company is still in existence - I really don't know !!!!

They don't even rate 1 Star !!! How this company is still operating I really don't know. Have used them a lot for clients - you can no longer believe the so called confirmation email you receive from them, confirming the client has received the gift. I found out that a client only received their gift 5 days after it was supposed to have been delivered. When you phone asking to speak to a Manager, there's never one available - you are told someone will make contact! I'm still waiting !! If you can find someone else - do so. This really is a useless sham of a company and as you can see from the countless complaints with no response, they really couldn't give a damn !! :(
