How Netflorist ruined my Valentines

Netflorist try to make extra money by false advertising. You see, my husband wanted to surprise me with a Valentine's gift and was hoodwinked so that we only received 1 of the 3 items we thought we were buying. I received this small box of Nougat at my door and was a bit surprised at all the effort to deliver a box of Nougat. At the time of purchase, he selected the Standard Option and the image and title of the gift were shown as 3 items. After multiple emails with customer support showing the screenshot - they kept coming back with a screenshot of terms and conditions that was hidden before you clicked on it stating that you are able to add item 2 and item 3 to the Standard Option. No amount of explaining that the visual and heading was misleading would convince them to send me the Teddy and Bubbly I was so excited to receive. Watch out - certain businesses are trying to make up their losses due to the bad economy by cheating their clients. I don't think this is going to work over the long term. Do you?
