Hot and melted chocolates

I placed an order for mother's day with Net-florist and they delivered the gift to my mother only to find the chocolates and sweets are all hot and melted, really now could they not have kept it out of the sun? if i knew this, i would have rather done something myself even if it was late. Thanks to Net-florist my mother's gift was a disaster. The prices they charge for the service delivered is ridiculous.
