HORRIFIED BY LACK OF SERVICE: NETFLORIST!

I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for delivery in Kimberley to my mothers in law through NetFlorist - paid in full only to get a email this morning to say that they dont have a florist in my area. <br> I phoned the contact centre this morning only hear that they use to have a florist in Kimberley but not anymore and they have not updated their system yet - so sorry so sad attitude!!! And then when I wanted to speak to the guy (Diego) that sent me the mail I was told that he is in a meeting right now so he cant speak to me.<br> This is totally unacceptable - it is Mothers Day and they cant even delivery 2 bunches of flowers to Kimberley of all places - its not like Kimberley is a small out of the way place to deliver to or even to get a florist there!<br> I will be taking this complaint further.
