Due to the lockdown and not being able to see my girlfriend on her birthday, I decided to surprise her by ordering her gifts which included, as per my order, the following items : A teddy bear Happy birthday ballon A Lavender plant A red velvet cake.

They didn't even present the gifts in the manner in which it was supposed to have been in.

Also, the cake was not delivered.

I have sent numerous emails requesting that I be refunded for the cake which was not delivered and I have yet to receive a response.

I'm extremely disappointed at the service provided and in the low quality of the gifts I purchased and even more disappointed that the cake was not delivered, nor am I receiving a refund.

I will not be purchasing gifts from Netflorist in the future.
