Horrific encounters with Netflorist

I ordered a few items for my moms birthday .. I had asked that they please make sure that it was delivered the day of her birthday to which the website would be and the call centre said it would be . They did not deliver the goods so now I had to phone and change the address to be delivered too. The woman was exceptionally rude, would put me on hold for no reason while I was talking to her .. I am exceptionally unhappy with this service and the blatant disrespect they have for people’s special occasions as well as blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism when complaining to them for a service which was not done. The fact that ontop of that that I had to deal with someone so unprofessional and blatantly provoking me is unacceptable. I am far away from my mother and all I wanted was for her to feel special on her special day. Absolute disappointment. Will not use netflorist again after this experience with them over the past two days
