Horrific Embarrassing service 😞

I had the most horrible see disappointing service from them.After completing my order to get told the item I wanted was a glitch on the system.It was a surprise engagement gift ate a Church Organisation.Then the customer care was very unhelpful the order came in two parts .the gift then the balloons in the heat left the person confused.The person had to stay after Business closed 1600 cause they could not make a plan to get in there in time
