Horrific delivery service!

I am truly disappointed in Netflorist. I have never had such horrible service from them. I placed an order Monday morning for same delivery as it was my mothers birthday - the driver shows up at her office at 17:40 - updates the status to delivered so I called netflorist on Tuesday morning because this was not delivered and they say it was a system issue and the order is still with them - the driver will deliver it during the course of the day. At this point I tell the consultant that my mother will only be at the office until 3 so we should change the address to her home address and he says he will call me. At 14:50 the status was updated again as per the consultant to delivered but my mother still did not receive this gift! I call netflorist AGAIN and change the address and I tell the consultant that this needs to be delivered the same day still because the gift is already a day late and he assures me that he sent the update to the driver and will call me if anything changes - no call - Netflorist call centre is closed. Still no delivery. This is day 3 of this damn gift not being delivered and I am disgusted with this service! How do you gift someone 2 days later???
