HORRID FLOWERS

<p> </p> <p>I am absolutely disappointed and quite mortified at the bunch of flowers I had ordered from Netflorist. I placed an order on the 10th Jan 2017 to have flowers delivered to my mum on the 11th Jan 2017. A bouquet of 24 RAINBOW ROSES IN CRAFT PAPER.<br /> <br /> The picture on the website made them look fresh and vibrant and lively. I paid R529 for this bunch and included a "#1 mum" ribbon, Sally William chocolates and a "congratulations " card. I paid R714 in total for this delivery. Of ourselves...I expected excellence...or atleast nothing short of what your picture on the wwebsite portrayed of the flowers. <br /> <br /> The flowers were delivered at 8:30am on the 11th. <br /> <br /> I was expecting to see the exact same QUALITY OF FLOWERS as was on the website. But the roses were disgusting. They were old and almost withered. Lifeless...dull...DISGUSTING.</p> <p> The roses on your website were bigger in size and had fully bloomed. The ones I received looked like you had picked the smallest roses that were just opening up. THAT'S NOT WHAT WAS DISPLAYED ON THE WEBSITE. WHEN I PICK A BOUQUET OFF THE WEBSITE, I PICK IT BASED ON HOW YOU MAKE IT LOOK. AND THAT'S WHAT I EXPECT TO GET. NOT THAT JUNK MY MUM RECEIVED!!!</p> <p>I was absolutely disappointed!! I expected a high level product from netflorist and what I got was *******. You had chosen to put together the dirtiest oldest roses in your shop to deliver. For R529 and a R70 delivery fee?????<br /> <br /> How dare you give such tarnished goods to paying customers! The only part of that package that was actually ok was the box of chocolates and I'm sure that's only because it is not a netflorist product. <br /> <br /> Needless to say, the flowers did not make my mother as happy as I had anticipated. And we're thrown out. <br /> <br /> I will not be using NETFLORIST again and will pass the Word around about your terrible product.
