Horrible Tshirt quality and terrible customer service

I am so disappointed and disgusted in Netflorist!! I have chatted to over 5 consultants regarding my horrible or and delivery and I was told that I would receive an email with instructions on how to return and get a refund but till this day not a single email or phone call. I was so embarrassed to gift my husband that horrible Tshirt, the qualit y was terrible and I couldn't buy anything else because I was waiting for a refund from Netflorist. Their customer service Sucks!!!
