Horrible service, order not received

I am usually a really big fan of netflorist but I ordered something a while ago and it was supposed to be delivered on the 30th of January and it has not arrived. It was out for delivery in the morning and suddenly changed status back to production in the afternoon.

I did not receive a message to say it wouldn't be delivered. Honestly terrible service.
