HORRIBLE SERVICE!! NO DELIVERY!!!

After ordering and making payment on 12 February 2018, no delivery was made on 14 February 2018. Today is the 16th and still no delivery????!!! This is the most pathetic service that I have ever received. No manager is ever available to assist and neither do they return your call. When you demand a refund, you are told to wait 7 days????!!! After having my money for 7 days without delivery????!!!!
