Horrible Service from Netflorist on Valentine's Day

Ordered flowers, chocolates and a gift from your wonderful website on the 13th February 2019. Only to find that my delivery never took place on Valentines Day as requested. Truly disappointed in your service Netflorist!! You list 0861 number on your website which don't even work!! Tracing systems via your website that just indicates "your order is out for delivery" the entire day...Disappointed and disgusted with amount of money spent with nothing in return.
