Horrible service from Netflorist

They are the most useless service provider, the order *** that was meant to be delivered on the 14th February 2022 is still not delivered on the 15th February 2022 14:19 after numerous calls to the call centre. The staff seems to be reading their responses as they all sound the same without giving proper answers. They kept reading delivery times that are between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday which is not answering the reason for the delay.
