HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM NETFLORIST

Second time now that I placed a personalized order with Net florist for a birthday and an anniversary. Both times I was told that the driver could not find my work address and he just left. Had to cancel my order today because the driver cannot deliver my gift for tomorrow and he could not find my work address. Had to phone 3 times to ask what is happening and if they can make a plan to get my order here in time and was just told by the Supervisor.. SORRY WE CAN NOT DELIVER YOUR ORDER TODAY.Still they take 50% off my payment before refund. TOTALLY USELESS!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NET FLORIST AGAIN!!! Last time they tried to apologize with a free voucher so I thought I will give them another chance. BUT NEVER AGAIN!
