Horrible service from Netflorist

Very disappointed with the service from Netflorist, after waiting 7 days they failed to deliver the product. The worst part they sent the recipient the a massage confirming that they will deliver only to let her down and ruin her day while on their website it show they did not even send it out for delivery. I will never use their services again.
