Horrible service ever

Worst, horrible service ever. I redeemed my voucher and all was well upon check out the voucher disappeared. Since Thursday they still sending me a new voucher code. I then placed an order with a new voucher code and did not even receive a notification that the order was delivered. I am trying to track the order and I am getting an error message. Their chat nobody is replying oh my word. How am I going to send my next gift if the first gift is even a problem to track. I have a number of people to send gifts too but now I am changing my mind.
