Horrible service

I’m truly disappointed with netflorist, I made an order online on the 11th for the delivery on the 15th, money was deducted all was fine but I did not receive my order number, and yesterday gift was not received and I contact them I’m being told there was a system error, now no one is getting back to me with regards to my order and their customer service agent Rene keeps on closing my ticket, there’s nothing more annoying than not getting the service you paid for and when you enquire they don’t communicate with you
