Horrible service delivery

<p>I ordered a gift on 13th Feb 2017, it was delivered at 14:30 and signed for by a woman that was not inteded on recieving the gift. Phoned and spoke to 2 call center agents and they said theythat wouldit rectify the problem and call me back, well im still waiting and my Valentine is also still waiting for gift/delivery. </p>
