Horrible Service Beyond measure!!!! Stay away from Netflorist

After an absolutely appalling experience with NetFlorist, I am seething with anger and frustration! Their sheer incompetence completely obliterated what was supposed to be a special Valentine's Day for both me and my partner.

I placed my order well in advance on February 12th, 2024, only to be met with utter disappointment and humiliation when they failed to deliver on time. And here we are, February 20th, 2024, and still no delivery in sight! I've sent countless emails into the abyss, and attempting to reach them via phone is a complete joke—no one bothers to pick up, leaving me to waste my precious airtime!

Their so-called apology was nothing short of insulting, devoid of any sincerity or real effort to make things right. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priority list. Well, congratulations, NetFlorist, you've succeeded in annihilating any shred of trust I had in your pathetic excuse for a company. Never again will I subject myself to your abysmal services, and I implore anyone within earshot to steer clear and seek out a more reliable floral provider for their needs.

And as for my order number, ***, consider it a testament to your epic failure and a warning to others to stay far, far away!
