Horrible service
Horrible and unacceptable experience. Ordered a birthday gift 2 days before, included a cake. Only to be told via an email on the day of delivery at 4pm that the cake is out of stock, shocking. The rest of the items were delivered at 7pm. What’s the point?

16 Sept 2024, 23:31Despite the fact that I live 3km away from their warehouse, the order was delivered after 7pm. It’s a birthday gift for heaven sake. Trust NetFlorist to ruin a surprise!!
