HORRIBLE SERVICE AT NETFLORIST

I have no idea why this company is still operating. I have had more than 10 orders made with Netflorist and none was delivered in good order. Boxes of chocolates were delivered melted. Drivers drops the gifts /food with anyone , they do not call. One time i arrived at work and received a box of cookies that were delivered the night before and left with the security guards. Just now i had a personalized gift that was delivered and signed by someone i have no idea who the person is and still not in my hands right now and its 2 weeks later after i have made numerous calls asking for the gift that was supposed to be a surprise. Another time , i was ordered a personalized gown and only to be told later its not in stock weeks after payments. As i am writing this now, i have been holding on the line for 30min and they have just dropped the call. This is too much.
