horrible service and wrong items delivered

It was my friends birthday on the 31/11 and i decided to send a gift via Netflorist. It was a mission trying to place an order online (payment getting rejected). Customer service tried to assist but no luck. Finally on the 2/12 the payment went through. i ordered a plant and a happy birthday balloon. My friend later received the gift and took a pic, thanking me with excitement. To my embarrassment, the balloon was written CONGRATS to you...she said everyone in her office was asking her of the good news, hence the congrats gift. The plant looked nothing close to the pretty plant i selected.<br> <br> I'm very disappointing in Netflorist with the bad service i received. I feel embarrassed about the gift i paid for and sent to my best friend. Had she not sent the pic, i would not have known
