Horrible Service!!

I placed an order for Mother's Day on Netflorist, used the code for a discount, made the payment, and the order was never placed by them. The day it was supposed to be delivered I never received the order went onto Netflorist tried to track my order and the order wasn't even there, i sent an email to them and got a reply from Daisy and she advised me of the order not being there I sent her my statement and proof of payment and got no feedback I phoned them spoke to Lebogang and he said that i can send him my proof of payment and that they would refund me up until today no feedback has been provided. Horrible service and horrible experience for a company i have used too many times!!! Not thinking of using them any longer!!!
