Horrible Service!!!

My gift was supposed to be delivered on Thursday the 11th of Feb as agreed. Phoned them on the day and they told me it will be delivered on monday the 15th of Feb, with no Explanation Whatsoever!!!! Horrible service I got From Netflorist!!!!! They didnt even give me an apology. Wow
