Horrible service

The most appalling service.

I ordered chocolates and flowers for my mother’s birthday, they charged me two separate delivery fees (R85 * 2) even though it was to the same address. Ok that’s fine. My mother sends me a photo of her gift received so late into the night. Then I notice the flowers sent weren’t the ones I ordered. The ones sent were half the price of what I ordered, and a completely different arrangement and flower type with insanely bright unorganised cheap ****s type of flowers. It came in the completely wrong vase as well. I email to let them know and they tell me they can only process a 50% credit or refund even after admitting it was their mistake or if I want a full refund, they will need to go rip the flowers from the receiver then process a full refund. Disgusted isn’t a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this company.

Don’t bother with them, there are many other (BETTER) gifting companies out there.
