Horrible Service!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Placed an order on 31July for delivery to my mother for her 60th birthday which was on 03/08! Almost a week later my mom still hasn't received her delivery and absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Netflorist!

I am constantly having to follow up with them and they still haven't delivered! Such ****py service!!!!
