Horrible Service

I placed an order on Thursday night 19th for delivery the 20th made payment morning of Friday. <br> I made a call to confirm the delivery to be done and it was confirmed because I used work address and wanted this to be delivered with her being there. And Netflorist decided to deliver Saturday when the person not being there and worst of all they failed to deliver the product. I am honestly and really disappointed with this service, utterly horrified that a reputable company like yours can offer such below standard service. <br>
