Horrible service

Would not recommend using Netflorist for an anniversary or any special occasion as they managed to ruin a special day by not only not delivering the gift and making my girlfriend wait until 6pm on a Friday at work but also tried to convince me that the gift was actually delivered when I followed up on Monday.

Thanks for ruining a great day.
