Horrible quality and service

I placed an order for a personalised towel and i was not happy with the quality.

It was also delivered late.I ordered it on the 2 of December and asked for it to be delivered on the 8th. which was only delivered on the 10th.

The story i got from one of the consultants whom I phoned, because they couldn't even phone to let me know, was that it was delivered but I wasn't there which is totally a lie because I was expecting the package and I waited all day. The mere fact that they couldn't call to inform me on what's going on just disgusted me because I had to call into their offices 4-5 times before I actually received my package.
