Horrible Netflorist Services

Worse service I’ve ever received... I’ve been told for hours that my parcel has been dispatched for delivery for an order placed on a Wednesday only to receive a message on Saturday morning telling me my parcel will arrive only on Monday. Why was it dispatched in the first place if it will be rolling around the entire week. Really awful service.
