Horrible NetFlorist service

I have received very horrible service from the NetFlorist delivery lady that was supposed to deliver flowers on a specific date. The delivery lady failed to deliver the flowers on (2nd August 2021). Not only did she refuse to deliver today, she was also extremely rude and stated that she is not forced to deliver the gift items. We called her numerous times and she has come up with numerous excuses not to deliver the gift. Her main excuse was that she can’t deliver because she can’t drive at night? This gift was collected by her at 4pm which was broad daylight. I also contacted the NetFlorist call center and the confirmed that the delivery would be done today between 5pm and 6pm but before 7pm. The gifted items are flowers and they perish and the specific request was for them to be delivered today because it is for special date which is today. This is very bad service from the Netflorist driver. I have been a loyal NetFlorist customer of the past years but have never received such horrible service. We have had problems with Netflorist deliveries before but none have been as horrible as this. Not only was the NetFlorist driver extremely rude and unprofessional, she failed to show any interest in delivering the gifts. This is extremely appalling service and cannot be tolerated.
