Horrible, mean experience

Horrible … i ordered and the first time they its with the driver he will deliver at my place, he is 20min away. Later at 6 they told me the delivery its on the way only to arrive past 8 with a delivery which didn’t have everything. I couldn’t call because they have knocked off and i ask why did my delivery take hours when the driver already has it… i was told its because where i stay is near or on the way to where the driver stays so they didn’t see a reason for me not to be the last person…. I wont use it ever, now i want my refund for the what is short
