HORRIBLE HEADACHE SERVICE

I am really disgusted my the service of this company, I don't even know why we bother, I was planning to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday 1 March so I went on the Netflourist to get her some flowers and chocolate, my girlfriend love surprises so I had planned and made payment on 28th Feb hoping the delivery will be done the next day so I ordered in the Morning on the 28th of Feb.

The order is still not delivered, no1 called me on the 1st or sent an email when they couldn't not get hold of the recipient. I got an email yesterday and I responded with what needs to be done but the person who emailed me never responded til now. I called the call center the lady iLerato kept me on hold for 10mins til I ran out of Airtime.

I AM NEVER USING YOUR SERVICES AGAIN AO PLEASE CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK. *** this is my number which you have on your system but you lack customer services
