Horrible Harold with Sucky Service

If you looking at making a day special dont use the services of Netflorist On Valentines day my flowers & gifts did not arrive - I was devastated as this was my only plan, I was skeptical about using Netflorist again but my wife's birthday I paid and arranged a week in advance, and they deliver half my order, I called the call center twice before they rectified it.
