HORRIBLE FLOWERS , DISAPPOINTED!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Netflorist. My husband surprised me with flowers, and I was overjoyed to discover that he had purchased flowers for me, but I was disappointed when I saw that there were only eight greens. They appeared to be in such bad shape. They did not box the items carefully or neatly. He had previously purchased flowers for me, which were extremely good, but this time they were terrible. I prefer to buy from retail stores because they are less expensive than Netflorist. I told my husband that he should never buy flowers from them again because they don't seem to care. Even the flowers themselves were unappealing.
