HORRIBLE experience for a first-time buyer! NEVER AGAIN!

Never will I ever buy at Netflorist! I had made an order at 13:00 for delivery for the next day and I got an order number. Once I received a receipt, I realised that I entered MY contact details for the delivery address and sent an email rectifying the name of the receipient for the delivery at 13:10. No one called back to rectify the order. I receive a call from a RUDE, LOUD, UNTRAINED, ill-mannered lady speaking SO rudely to me DEMANDING that I give her the correct details for the delivery. Her name is Sibongile and she called me on my cellphone at 09:24am. I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM NETFLORIST! WORST SERVICE EVER!
