Horrible Experience.

Booked same day delivery with the company and they never delivered - never informed me about anything had to phone in and demand information. After this they say the will "attempt" delivery the next day but cant guarantee anything. Terrible experience with their customer service and I am extremely dissapointed. It was very important to me that the goods be delivered on the day of the order as was promised by NetFlorist.
