Horrible Experience

I am very dissapoint and actually cringed thinking about the service and how my situation was handled by Netflorist.I ordered a Birthday package for my partner which was suppose to include a cake, balloons, and a bouquet today. Number 1 the order was incorrect and when their customer service called me "Nazeer" made the whole experience worse and was very rude when I told him my order was incorrect. He kept on insisting that it's the correct order which is weird cause it doesn't match with my invoice from them.

I will never recommend this service to many of my friends who were interested to use it ever...
