HORRIBLE, DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

My Delivery to my boyfriend is a week late! Delivery was supposed to be made the day after I placed the order but they only sent it out late that afternoon so my boyfriend stayed at work until after 20:00 but then couldn't wait anymore- they phoned him round about 21:00ish, ruined the surprise of the gift and promised delivery again...it is a week later and still not delivered with numerous phone calls to the call center and mails i just keep getting apologies and promises for it to be delivered that day ..but it is not- they keep sending the order out after 15:00/16:00 in the afternoon making it arrive to my boyfriends work so late?! this gift was supposed to be an anniversary surprise from me because the next day i would not see him and Thursday I went for a minor surgery- I wanted to make it special for him considering the circumstances!! I'm so angry, disappointed , disgusted and frustrated in my first order with Netflorist which will defiantly be my last!! thanks for making a surprise something to make me explode from anger with!
