horrible, disappointing service.

I had placed an order on the 1st of June for a delivery to be made in Johannesburg on the 3rd. It is now the 4th, Thursday - and the delivery has not been made and nobody has gotten in contact with me despite being told that somebody would reach out to me shortly. Not to mention, I am an American customer so I have ordered these online so time sensitivity is of the utmost importance. Despite emailing, spending dollars to make international calls to your head office, reaching out to you on social media all not being successful - I hope this will possibly open your eyes and make you see that you need to up your customer service game by 1000 points. I am utterly disappointed by NetFlorist's service having just spent thousands of Rands on this last order and in the past. This will be the last time I buy from you ever again.
