Horrible

Wow what a dissapointment. I ordered boss's day gifts for two separate boss's. The one boss gets the gift but guess what? The other does not. I contact Netflorist to find out what happend apparently, the delivery man did not load the gift on his van!!! You want to know what's even more frustrating? Netflorist does not contact me to tell me this, I had to contact them. As I type this the delivery still hasn't been received. So what now Netflorist? You solgan is "just be kind" now I have a boss that will feel like an after thought!
