HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM NETFLORIST....

Very disappointed in the service I received from Netflorist. I ordered a gift on 31/08/2022 in the morning and it was supposed to be delivered on the same day but it was only delivered on 02/09/2022 and it had damages on it. For the price we pay for the service we deserve better than such horrible delivery service. They are slowly losing their credibility due to lack of accountability. I'm very skeptical about ordering anything with them. I was going to let it slide but this is the second time this has happened and they don't even bother to communicate when they can't deliver. An anniversary gift delivered damaged after 2days of the actual delivery date... VERY DISAPPOINTING
