Horrible delivery service

Ordered a birthday gift 2 weeks in advanced, the website did not provide me with a option to select priority delivery, phoned in they said they will make a note to deliver early. They arrived at the destination 16:00 that afternoon when the business was already closed for the day. Needless to say, my person never received their birthday gift on their birthday, disgusting no assistance provided at all!!! No one willing to help, terrible experience!
