Horrible delivery service

I placed an order at 9 am and it said same day delivery. It was supposed to be a gift, i called into the call centre at 5pm because it stated that ots will with the driver. The call centre cannot track or make contact with the driver.

The estimated delivery time is 11pm!!! How the hell is this possible. Its now close to 8pm and no delivery. I have used netflorist a few time and i have had the same experience every single time.

I am done with Netflorist now. This is absolutely horrible service and i have made the same mistake a few times. So guess i am now the stupid one.

11pm at night on a Friday!!! It was supposed to be a surprise gift, but it's turning into a nightmare and we have plans to go out. I am really ****ed.
