HORRIBLE delivery

My order was supposed to be delivered on the 27th of May, it wasn't delivered. On the 28th I received an email stating that my order was put on the wrong truck and will be delivered during the day, I sat and waited for the order until 8 pm as they say they deliver until 8. I contacted them numerious times asking where my order is and everytime they said it is on the way, I did not receive the order. On the 29th of May I phoned again asking when the order will be delivered as I needed it for a birthday on the 29th. They said they sent it to JHB instead of PTA, needless to say it is almost 3pm and I am still waiting for my order.
