Horrible Customer Service

I placed a same day delivery on 13 November at 09:00am. By 15:30 it not delivered and after 20min call I was informed at 16:00 it will be delivered as my wife leave the office at 16:15. I received a call at 17:00 that they are at the location to deliver. My wife had already left!

I was promised by the call centre and by email that it will be delivered today, 14 November, and marked High Priority Delivery. I had yet again have to call and chase to get the delivery done today. For a "High Priority Delivery", it was kept as the last delivery for the particular driver today!

The flowers was for my wife who is going thru a rough time at work and was meant to cheer her up.

This is unacceptable!!!!
