Horrible

I sent my girlfriend flowers for our anniversary and paid for a greeting card yet they sent her two separate cards and the one I paid for was left blank and the they put my message on their plain uglg card.

This is the second time I've had problem with fhrm the first problem I ordered 2 gifts to go to the sane location and they got delivered separately and late
