HONESTLY DO NOT ORDER FROM NETFLORIST. ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!

They paid me my refund but not the full amount, they said their accounts department messed up. Then I tried to get it sorted, and waited another 2 or so weeks and STILL I am waiting for my outstanding amount????!!! ! ***?! HOW IS THEIR MESS-UP MY PROBLEM? I am STILL waiting for my outstanding amount after they delayed my parcel, I had to cancel it. Then waited 10+ days for a refund. Had to FOLLOW-UP on my own refund, which was delayed. Then when I finally got my refund, it's not the full amount. This place needs some serious help!!!!
