Highly inconvenient

Highly inconvenient. I made arrangements for my mother's gift to be delivered today and since they can never stipulate when exactly they will deliver I made arrangements for the whole day.

The driver arrived, didn't knock at the stipulated address and proceeded to hand the gift over to one of the neighbors in the street. I caught glimpse of the delivery van from the window and headed out to check if indeed this is the gift I had been waiting for.

After retrieving it from my neighbors I found that they only delivered only one part of the gift. I called in and emailed them to advise and they said the other part will be delivered by a different driver later as their items aren't delivered by one driver. I waited and then only received an email around 7pm advising it will only be delivered tomorrow but once again they can't state at what time.

So who must make another full day's arrangement for a company that couldn't fulfill their part of the arrangement?

If the other half of my mother's gift is not delivered by 10am tomorrow morning, I'll expect a full refund for it as I will not wait another full day for you to deliver on a service that you have been paid for in full for.
